Privacy Policy
What we collect when you read FC Fashion, and what we never do with it.
FC Fashion (“we”, “us”) is designed to be read without being tracked. This policy explains the limited information involved when you visit fcfashion.media and the rights you have, including under California law.
No cookies, no accounts
We do not set cookies, we do not offer accounts, and we do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking technologies. You do not need to give us any personal information to read the site.
First-party, cookieless analytics
To understand which stories are read, each page sends a single anonymous measurement to our own analytics service when it loads. It contains only: the page address, the article being read (if any), the referring page (if your browser shares it) and the width of your browser window. It contains no cookie, no device identifier and no advertising ID, and it is not used to build a profile of you. Automated browsers are excluded.
Service providers
Like every website, our pages are delivered by hosting and network providers, which process technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and article photographs from image hosts such as Unsplash; your browser contacts those services directly when it loads a page, and their own privacy policies apply.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to handle your request, such as a correction or privacy request. We do not add you to any mailing list.
We do not sell or share personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Your rights, including California residents
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of sale or sharing (which we do not do). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your request, and you may use an authorized agent.
Children
FC Fashion is a general-audience publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date.
